Texas School Administrator Safety Conference

This conference exists to provide school safety information to administrators, educators, school safety personnel, counselors, and school-based law enforcement. In addition to the TSAS Conference, the Texas School Safety Center also hosts the Texas School-Based Law Enforcement Conference each summer.

The Texas School Safety Center is legislatively mandated to serve as a central location for school safety information and to provide schools with research, training, and technical assistance to reduce youth violence and promote school safety and security in the state. The Texas School Safety Center fulfills this mission by providing training and technical assistance statewide to educators, school administrators, school-based law enforcement officers, youth, and community leaders.

This training conference is funded by a Texas legislative special-line appropriation.
